Coronavirus

PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

Filling out all New Patient forms via our patient portal in advance of the visit helps streamline the process tremendously.

If you are currently experiencing fever, fatigue, body aches, cough, flu-like or respiratory symptoms or had any exposure to someone diagnosed with, or suspected of having COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment with us and contact your primary care physician.

AT CHECK IN

Please call the office from our parking lot to check in prior to your visit so we may instruct you when to proceed inside.

All persons entering the office must wear a mask or face covering.

We respectfully request that companions wait in the car or outside of the building unless they are necessary for the visit.

TELEMEDICINE

Many, but not all, types of follow-up visit may occur remotely, using a HIPPAA compliant web-based video conference application which works with both smart phones and computers.

It can save you considerable time, while reducing your potential exposure to coronavirus.

This service is presently covered by Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, and most commercial insurance plans. Please inquire with your carrier to determine your Telemedicine coverage.

REDUCE THE RISK

  • We clean and disinfect each patient room before and after every patient visit.

  • Door knobs, sinks, desks, chairs, counters, surfaces, bathroom fixtures and equipment are wiped down and disinfected repeatedly throughout the day.

  • Hand-washing is strongly encouraged in each of our exam rooms before and after your visit.

  • We have reduced and spaced the seating in our waiting room and make every effort to reduce foot traffic through the office and maintain social distancing.
